1. Check-in 15 minutes before scheduled time.

- Do not enter check-in area without all the players who need to weigh-in.
- (map will be given out Thursday night when books are checked)
- Parents are not allowed in the check-in or scale areas. 

2. Before teams enter check-in area, make sure your lined up in the same order as your certified roster.

- Once your team is lined up in the designated area, the Head Coach will go and check-in. He    will receive the Certified Book and Roster.
- Coach will return to his team and wait to be called for weigh-in.
- Please tell your players to respect their surroundings and keep their voices down. Any player caught vandalizing will not certify and their chapter will be responsible for repair costs.

3. PYFL Rep will call for your team and take you to the scale dispatch area.
4. The dispatch area will send your team to a scale.

- The Head coach should be at the front of the line with the book/roster. Assistant  should be at the rear of the line.
 

5. The Head coach will hand the PYFL Board Member their book at the scale.
6. Players will weigh-in and exit scale to their designated spot.
7. After all the players have certified, the coaches will exit the players out to the parking lot. Players will not return to the check-in area.
8. If a player does not make weight and wants to return for the last chance weigh-in at the end of the day, the PYFL will keep that players contract until they re-weigh.
9. Please remind your players not to take their cloths or shoes off before they weigh-in unless they know they are going to be close. Also, please have players who are close to weight to dress in light shorts, t-shirt and sandals.
