PYFL Updates Weight Classifications to Maximize Competion & Player Developement

The Pacific Youth Football League has voted through the most progressive weight classification in youth football for the 2008 season.
Chapters have put through a fifth level of competition, the Midget division, to go with its current divisions to provide the safest and most competitive playing environment to-date.

The PYFL announces that the territory south of Hwy. 126 and west of the 5 Freeway will now be open to Warrior Football and Cheer, as well as Cougar Football and Cheer. I would like to congratulate the two Warrior Football teams that participated in this year’s Super Bowl. The Bantam Chiefs played a very good Camarillo team and revenged a loss from earlier in the year 22-14. What a fantastic job the Bantam Chiefs did this year fighting through injuries and adversity.
