Online Registration is in full swing!!

Monday, March 1st, 2010 On-line Registration began. Please follow the instruction below to have a successful registration process.

Some Divisions are filling up quickly. Please go ahead and complete the registration process even if it states you are on the waiting list.

Instructions

Things you will need for on-line registration

1. Print this page prior to going online or open a separate internet window. This will allow you to reference information from this page if you need it.
2. Credit Card
3. Parents Email, Home Address, and Phone Numbers like Cell, Home, and Work.
4. Emergency Contact Info: Name and Phone Number
5. Child’s Name
6. Birthday – month, day and year
7. Schools name/grade
8. Approximate weight
9. Insurance Information
10. If returning player – Last year’s Team Name

It’s time to go register your child.

1. To log-on to our registration website click on, REGISTRATION, or type the following http://www.sportssignup.com/Santa-Clarita-Valley-Athletic-Association-Online-registration.start
2. We recommend you print the home page from the Registration Site prior to clicking on the “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN AND REGISTER” button. This will give you some contact information if you have any issues during registration.
3. Click the “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN AND REGISTER”
4. The Cheer and Football Registration Sites are not linked together. So you will have to have a separate account for each. You will have to have separate accounts for each and pay for each child separately. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
5. If you registered your child last year using this site. Just enter your Email and Password you used last year. If you don’t remember your info, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
   1. It will ask you for your email you used last year then press submit.
6. If this is your first time registering with SCVAA Football. Click on the “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” link.
7. This will take you to the start of your registration process. If you answer all the questions and follow all the prompts, you will have a very easy and successful registration process.
8. Once you’ve fill out your info and your child’s info, you will need to complete the registration process. Click on the “REGISTER” Button next to your child’s name. This will walk you through the rest of the Registration Process. Once completed it will give you a pay option you can choose Credit Card or Check. Once you have chosen the pay option you will be given an Order Number and Reporting time for Saturday TBA.

Remember this system works on a first come, first serve basis, and please don’t wait too many days to register. The On-line Registration will remain open through TBA 2010. SCVAA Football has a limited number of Teams in each division available. Once we have reached the total number of players for each division, we will start a waiting list for those divisions.

The Registration Fee for 2010 is $375.00.  Parents or Guardians will need to complete the online registration to receive a Registration Number and Check-in Time. Parents/Guardians are required to fill out the Parent Code of Conduct, Player Code of Conduct and the 2010 PYFL/SCVAA Registration Form. The link for each Form is attached below and also on our Forms Page. Please bring the above Forms filled out to Valencia High School between 8am and 2pm on TBA. Any athlete who is registered online but fails to show in person on Saturday will forfeit their spot and will be placed on the Waiting List.

When reporting on Saturday (TBA) please bring the following:

1. Your On-line Contract with Order Number on it. This will be emailed to you once you’ve completed registration.
2. PYFL/SCVAA Contract filled out and signed. This is available on our Website under the Forms Page.
3. Completed Parent Code of Conduct, and Player Code of Conduct Forms.
4. A valid form of residency: An Original Electric, Gas, Water or Trash bill no photo copies. NO CELL PHONE OR CABLE/SATELLITE TV bills accepted.
5. Cash or Check only if you did not pay with Credit Card on-line.
